Rewards Program
Once you have booked a second vacation package or cruise and complete that trip. You are automatically enrolled as an Admiral Award Club Member and become eligible for our Rewards Program. These rewards and benefits are not offered to the general public. In apprecaition for your loyalty please note the three levels in our Rewards Program. We appreciate our loyal clients like no other agency does!
The Admiral Club Member are our clients who have booked and traveled at least twice with our agency. You'll receive either a Special Gift, Dinner Certificate, Shipboard Credit with each Cruise or Vacation package booked thru our agency. These rewards may be given prior to sailing, aboard ship or when you complete your travel.
Every new client you refer, that's and individual booking, who makes reservations for either a Cruise or Vacation package and completes that travel. You'll receive a $20 cash reward for that referral. For a Group booking referral you'll receive a $100 cash reward. A group cruise booking is considered, a 7 day or longer Cruise and consists of 8 cabins or more. A vacation package, is a 7 day or longer vacation at a resort and is at least 10 people or more.
Semi-Annual Cruise Planners magazine is sent to all levels of Admiral Club Members who have booked the prior year or have a current booking.
The Premier Admiral Club Member are our clients who have booked and traveled more than five times with our agency.They receive gifts as the Admiral Club members do but at a higher reward level plus in addition each year they travel, our agency will give them an additional gift at the end of the year. For Individual Referrals $30 & Group Referrals $150 if requirements are met as stated above under Admiral Club Members. We now provide our on-line cruise line registration service to all Premier Admiral Club members who request it, effective 7/1/2011.
The Rock Star Admiral Club Member who has booked & traveled more then 10 times with our agency. If they are local to us, we take them out to dinner to celebrate their achievement. If not, they receive dinner certificates to celebrate their achievement. Each Rock Star receives the special Rock Star Admiral Club Plaque recording their achievement. Every trip that is 7 days or longer that they book & travel thru our agency they receive either $100 cash reward or $100 shipboard credit. For Individual Referrals $50 & Group Referrals $200 if requirements are met as stated above under Admiral Club members. We now provide our on-line cruise line registration service to all Rock Star Admiral Club members effective 7/1/2011.
The Ultimate Rock Star Admiral Member who has booked & traveled more then 21 times with our agency. If they are local to us, we take them out to dinner to celebrate their achievement. If not, they receive dinner certificates to celebrate their achievement. Each Ultimate Rock Star receives the special Ultimate Rock Star Admiral Club Plaque recording their achievement. Every trip that is 7 days or longer that they book & travel thru our agency they receive either $150 cash reward or $150 shipboard credit. For Individual Referrals $75 & Group Referrals $250 if requirements are met as stated above under Admiral Club members. We will provide our on-line cruise line registration service to all Ultimate Rock Star Admiral Club members.

Please note some restrictions apply:
1. Vacation packages or cruises less then 7 days are not considered under this Rewards Program in the majority of cases due to cost restrictions. However, they do count toward the overall bookings a client makes with our agency in achieving the different levels of Admiral Club.
2. In our Rewards Program the total reward will not exceed $100 in total amount for individual bookings in Caribbean or like cruises and low cost special trips. However, exceptions are made when a client books a extensive trip on a Cruise line, River cruise, Resort, Escorted Land Tour or Rocky Mountaineer Vacation. The Rewards are much higher based on the cost of the trip. We appreciate our loyal clients like no other agency does!
3. Any group travel whether it's a cruise or land tour package where Cruise Planners Agents are the group leaders for that group and is actively promoted by our agency, the above mentioned Referal Rewards & Special Gift Awards do not apply. There are special ammenties we provided for the whole group (cocktail party, other activities, etc) on these sailings. However, all levels of Admiral Club Members are acknowledged and often receive individual rewards for their continued patronage on these trips.
