Rewards Program
Once you have booked a second vacation package or cruise and complete that trip. You as a client automatically become an Admiral Award Club member. Once a member you become eligible for rewards and benefits that are not offered to the general public. In apprecaition for your loyalty, the following benefits are made available to you as an Admiral Club member.
Special appreciation gifts are given out to those members who travel during the course of the current year. You'll receive either a Special Gift, Dinner Certificate or a Shipboard Gift or credit with each Cruise or Vacation package when you travel or when you return home. This is our way of rewarding our loyal clients for booking their vacations through our agency.
Every new client you refer, that's and individual booking, who makes reservations for either a Cruise or Vacation package and completes that travel. You'll receive a $30 cash reward for that referral. Also, for a Group booking referral you'll receive a $100 cash reward. A group cruise booking is considered, a 7 day or longer Cruise and consists of 8 cabins or more. A vacation package, is a 7 day or longer vacation at a resort and is at least 10 people or more.
The Premier Admiral Club members are our clients who have have booked and traveled more than five times with our agency.They receive gifts as the Admiral Club members do but at a higher reward level plus in addition each year they travel, our agency will give them an additional gift at the end of the year. This year end gift is a special appreciation thank you for their continued loyalty.
A new level has been added this year (2010) for our clients. It's the Rock Star Admiral Club member who has booked & traveled more then 10 times thru our agency. Once reached, we take them out to dinner and they receive the special Rock Star Admiral Club pin. Every trip that is 7 days or longer that they book & travel thru our agency they receive either $100 cash rebate award or $100 shipboard credit. For each individual referral they provide that travels they receive $50 cash award. On a Group referral that is 8 cabins or more they receive $200 cash award. Trips shorter then 7 days may also be rewarded with a gift.
Any group travel whether it's a cruise or land tour package where Cruise Planners Agents are the group leaders for that group. The above mentioned referal fees & awards do not apply since we are promoting those groups. Typically we provide rewards & benefits with these groups, for example on our Scooter cruises we do not charge extra for Scooter's entertainment parties or for Line Dance instruction which we provide these activities for free. We also often provide prizes and gift certificates for different activities we arrange aboard the ship in any of our promoted group cruises that Cruise Planners agents are the group leaders.
